Welcome to the Transcends App (the “App”). We are committed to building a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. By using the App, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Respect Others

No Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

No Harassment or Bullying: Do not engage in targeted harassment, threats, or any behavior intended to intimidate or demean others.

2. Stay Safe

No Threats of Violence: Do not post threats or encourage harm against others, including yourself.

No Dangerous Content: Do not promote self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.

No Sharing of Private Information: Do not share private or personal information about others without their consent.

3. Follow the Law

No Illegal Activities: Do not post content that promotes illegal activities, such as drug use, human trafficking, fraud, or any other content that may not be listed that is considered illegal.

No Intellectual Property Violations: Only post content that you own or have permission to share. Copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property violations are prohibited.

4. Protect Integrity

No Spam or Scams: Do not post spam, misleading content, or scams. This includes phishing attempts, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers.

No Impersonation: Do not impersonate individuals, organizations, or brands in a misleading or deceptive manner.

5. Keep It Appropriate

No Explicit or Inappropriate Content: Do not post graphic violence, adult content, or other material that may be offensive or inappropriate for the community.

Age-Appropriate Content: Respect the age-appropriate settings and intended audience of the App.

6. Foster Constructive Engagement

No Misinformation: Do not post false or misleading information, especially about public health, safety, or elections.

Respectful Discourse: Engage in constructive and respectful conversations. Avoid personal attacks and inflammatory remarks.

7. Protect the Platform

No Hacking or Exploitation: Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse the App or its features.

No Automation or Bots: Do not use unauthorized automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or contact us at [Insert Contact Information]. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content or take action against accounts that violate these Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account bans

Decisions made by our moderation team are final. Repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the App.

10. Updates to the Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
